Description
Just need a quick one-off design or post? Whether it’s an announcement post, digital price list, Instagram highlight covers, or a fresh Facebook cover, this is the perfect option for a single, branded visual. Need a few quick one-off posts? Just include all the details in your design questionnaire at checkout. I’ll review the time involved and, if additional time is needed, I’ll let you know before starting. A small extra fee may apply, which can be paid via a payment link once the artwork is approved. Please note: If your design requires more time due to added detail or complexity, you’ll be notified during the questionnaire stage and can choose to proceed or cancel with a full refund before any work begins.
Policy
This service is for clients who need a single, custom-designed post or visual such as an announcement, digital price list, Instagram highlight covers, or a refreshed Facebook cover. A 100% upfront payment is required to begin work. All designs are created based on the information provided in your completed questionnaire, so please be clear and specific. If your design requires additional time due to complexity, detailed illustration, or extra revisions, a small surcharge may apply — but don’t worry, you’ll be informed during the questionnaire stage and can decide whether to proceed before any design work begins. No refunds will be issued once work has started. Minor amendments are included, but full redesigns or changes to the original brief after the design process has begun may incur additional charges. Please ensure you like my design style before booking, as refunds or redesigns based on personal preference will not be offered. Turnaround times will be discussed at the time of booking. All designs are delivered digitally.
