Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing from or working with Bee Branded. By placing an order, you agree to the terms laid out below.
General

All orders are processed and fulfilled with care and attention to detail.

By placing an order, you confirm that all details submitted are accurate and final.

If you have any concerns, please contact us at beth@beebranded.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Chocolates

Each order is personalised and made to your specifications. As such, chocolates are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are incorrect or arrive damaged.

In warmer weather, chocolates may slightly soften or melt during transit. While every care is taken in packaging, Bee Branded cannot be held responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat. This does not affect the safety or taste of the product.

If your chocolates arrive damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Every delivery includes a product safety note, with the batch number and best before date clearly displayed.
Mirrors

Due to the custom nature of the designs, mirrors are non-returnable for reasons such as colour preference or change of mind.

Proofs are not automatically sent but can be requested at the time of ordering.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the mirror arrives damaged in transit. Please provide photo evidence within 2 days of receipt.
Design & Print

No refunds or returns are offered for design and print work unless the goods are damaged on arrival.

Once you have approved the final proof, Bee Branded is not responsible for any errors found after approval. This is why approval stages are essential and provided.

If something is unclear during the design process, please ask – we’re always happy to help before finalising a design.
Content Shoots

Once a shoot is booked and confirmed, any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise agreed.

Any re-shoots required due to changes in brief may incur additional charges.
Website Design

A staged approval process will be followed. Once a stage is signed off, any major revisions may incur additional costs.

Refunds are not offered on completed stages or fully developed sites unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All website work remains the intellectual property of Bee Branded until paid in full.
Social Media Management

Bee Branded will never knowingly post anything harmful or offensive and will always represent your brand professionally.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., downtime or algorithm changes).

We cannot be held liable for hacked accounts or unauthorised changes made by others with access to your login credentials.
Cancellations & Refunds (General)

Due to the customised nature of most of our work, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been processed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not started, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for products or services that arrive damaged, incorrect, or do not meet the brief, as outlined above.
