Need ongoing content or planning a bigger project? Whether you’re looking to spread shoots over several days, capture content across multiple locations, or simply build up a bank of footage to keep your socials consistent. You’ll get three separate one hour shoots, which can be scheduled at your convenience and used any time within 12 months. Perfect for businesses wanting regular updates, seasonal content, or long term planning without the hassle of booking each time.
Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot date, which is non-refundable and confirms your booking in my diary. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the shoot; if this payment isn’t received in time, the shoot will be postponed or cancelled. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, and full details will be provided at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can arrange a new date that works for us both. If rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice, the original deposit will be retained and a new deposit may be required to confirm a fresh date. I always aim to be as flexible as possible, especially in cases of illness or emergency. If you cancel before the shoot, the 50% deposit will still be retained. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be rescheduled under any circumstances. While I take great care throughout every shoot, I am not liable for any accidental damage to your property, products, or premises. Clients are responsible for the safety and condition of their own space, equipment, and belongings during the shoot. If any of my equipment is damaged due to negligence or unsafe conditions, you may be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
