Policy

To secure a design booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This deposit secures your place in the design schedule and covers the time allocated for research, concept development, and initial drafts. Please ensure you are happy with my design style before booking, as I work in a consistent style that reflects my portfolio. If the final outcome aligns with my usual style and the agreed brief, refunds will not be issued based on personal taste. If the client significantly changes the design brief after work has started, a surcharge will apply to cover the additional time and revisions required. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval of the artwork, which will be sent via a payment link. No final files will be released until the balance has been paid in full. Cancellations made after work has begun will still require the 50% deposit to be paid, as this covers time already spent on the project. By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to this policy in full.
