Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and begin the website design process. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of the website and must be paid in full before the website is launched or any associated files are handed over. By submitting the deposit, you agree to proceed with the project under these terms. If the project is cancelled after the deposit is paid and work has commenced, you may be invoiced for any work completed up to the cancellation date, charged at an hourly rate. In the event of no communication for a period exceeding 30 days, the project will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
