The client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals during the branding process.
If the client fails to respond after 30 days requests for feedback or approval, Bee Branded reserves the right to terminate the contract without refunds.

Copyrite and Intelletual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in any work created by Bee Branded remain the property of Bee Branded until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., logos, designs) will transfer to the client, subject to any licenses or agreements.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.
We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

Termination

If the client fails to respond after 30 days requests for feedback or approval during the branding process, Bee Branded may terminate the contract immediately with no refunds.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
